About Us
Dr. Max Forni is a graduate of University of Florida College of Dentistry. He is a Board Certified Dentist in the state of Florida. He has been practicing in Lake Wales since 2001.
He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors in Biology. Dr. Forni graduated dental school at the top of his class, receiving high honors and dean's list recognition.
He is an active member of the Florida Dental Association, American Dental Association, West Coast Dental Association, and the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Forni supersedes requirements for continuing education to offer patients the latest procedures and techniques. He has completed postdoctoral training in esthetic and cosmetic dentistry and focuses on gentle care with function and beauty.
